Victoria Beckham´s nose surgery...Somebody wrote asking us to talk about Victoria Beckham´s nose, it's a bit hard to say if the changes that we can see on all these pictures are due to plastic surgery or a really good make up. In old pictures Victoria´s tip is a bit lack of projection and her nostrils look too wide for her face, in new pictures her nose looks natural and proportional with other facial features, well defined and with good projection, but as we said, this result can be achieved not only with a good nose job but also with a good make up. We will need to see some new appearances to compare with more pictures and make a better opinion about it, anyhow, she looks great. After... As with any plastic surgery, nobody can say who went for it or not, but in these pictures there is an excessive roundness, very consistent with breast implants with high profile, overfilled and likely on top of the muscle.
 When implants are placed in that position, in some cases, when native breast tissue disappears due to a low body fat percentage, there is nothing covering the implants but skin, then the implants can be very apparent.
