Tom Cruise plastic surgery

Actor Tom Cruise is rumored to have had a nose job (rhinoplasty) and a cosmetic dentistry.

He has never been the usual average height in Hollywood, but this didn't stop him began to star in some of the top grossing films of the '80s including Top Gun, The Color of Money, Rain Man and Born on the Fourth of July. It was his golden decade and some people started to think if he was helped with some plastic surgery to achieve his look.

But the '90s were maybe even better when it comes to his salary, by then Cruise was one of the highest paid actors in the world earning millions in such blockbuster hits as Interview with the Vampire, The Mission Impossible movies and Jerry Maguire.

We can't be sure (nobody can actually), his face looks somehow different, it could be the lights and something about his attitude, but his nose looks a bit more defined than before.

Have a look at his jaw line and chin- far more defined now- definate great augmentation artistry at work. No normal person becomes more and more chiselled with age. In fact we usually look far more bloated as we age. Of course the likes of brad pitt and Tom Cruise must stay very fit and low body fat or there faces will ballon out. Tom Cruise only put on 10kg and he looked very ordinary---- tough ork being multi million dollar men in their late 40s. I will be very interested to see how they maintain themselves going into their 60s in a dozen years time. If they look the same it will start to look very unnatural. As the rest of their bodies sag, yet who knows what advancements are around the corner- they can do full body lifts now. The time of the ageless cerebrity.

It's just a matter of:
- change in proportions due to the different ages of Tom in the two pictures: youger boys have bigger noses, teeths and eyes compared to the rest of the face. That's because these parts of the face tend to reach the final size sooner.

- a different distance from the camera in the two pictures: closer in the first one, a little more distant in the second. This causes a distortion in the appearance of the closer parts of the face, typically the nose, which is the closest part to the camera, making it look bigger than it really is.

- a different light diffusion in the two pictures: more shadows in the first one, which tend to create a sense of deepness, more powerful and diffused light in the second one, which tends to flatten the nose.

You can remark that also the jaw looks different in the two pictures. That's because faces change during the growth process.

Whatever hes had or hasnt had done, he looks incredible good. If he did in fact go "under the knife" he had one heck of a surgeon, because he looks fantastic-so naturally youthful and fresh

He has clearly had work on his nose, chin, jaw, teeth, skin, facelift etc .... and looks incredible for it.
He is a great actor .. that is what you should know and appreciate him for; who cares what religeon
or cult he follows. Everyone follows some type of movement even if they think they aren't, and this

BOTH pictures are him. The first one is about 10 years before the second one. There really isn't that much difference apart from age, and the smugness he gained from his increasing success.

I dont think that first picture is him, and by the way the nose changes as does your face as you age. Maybe its the lighting but the 2nd comparison they look pretty much the same.

Are you sure that's a "before" photo of Tom Cruise? He's had more done that I thought! Part of what makes a person dynamic is not looking like they stepped off a "beautiful belt". Heather Lochear, Ashley Simpson....they all start looking alike. This is boring. It takes a quirk, like the original qualities of a natural face, to pull off beauty!
