My nose changed hugely as I moved from beign a teen to an adult. It became a lot finer and more defined naturally. People often comment on it. When you look at my old photos on facebook my nose looks positively fat, even though I was very slim in my body. Now, although I'm physically bigger, I have lost the "baby fat" on my face and my nose has become narrow and more defined.

To be honest, I think that plastic surgery has hurt more often than it helps. Remember how freakish Michael Jackson's chin implant made him look? looking back when she was younger, she absolutely did eyes surgery. she cut eyes wide open towards nose, plus she always attaches fake black long eye lashes so her eyes look bigger.
Also I guess she slightly narrowed her nose. when I saw her video at her school band on CNN, she had bigger wider nose.
The only difference from others is she did them all before her debut, so less evidence.
