You say that you are 45 years old with a rockhard body and six pack abs to boot, but these days 45 is considered realitively young and your HGH levels are still moderately high. I was in the best physical shape I have ever been in, so between my wrestling backround from High School and all the other skills I've amasked through the years. Without warning, you look in the mirror one day and see some gray or white hairs in your head trying to replace what was once brown, black, blond, or red. You neck may start to hang somewhat, you start to notice that your skin on your body is starting to sag, and your starting to feel really bad and yourself. Now, John, heres the real point, like I told you in the beginning of this message, I'm only five years older than you are and my genetics I've been told are pretty good. I've been an athlete all my life, but in just five short years, I've seen some changes. At 45 I could pass for a 28 year old, my skin was tight and my face still looked the same as it did when I was in my 20s. Now, five years later, my hair has become sparse, my neck is hanging a little, my skin does not look the same, although my diet is better now than it was when I was 45. All you can do is try your very best to remain looking like you because like it or not we all morph into something different as we age some more then others. I haven't seen any comment on this anywhere, but after watching Rocky for the hundredth time, I noticed how narrow his jaw line is versus his look in the 2nd Rambo movie and thereafter. Did he have jaw implants to widen his jaw and make him look more masculine? His cheeks are more sunk-in in later movies than his 1st Rocky. Just too dramatic a difference in my book to be normal.
