I don;t care if he's had surgery, he still looks great!!!

He looks ghastly and his lips are grotesque. I expect the appearance of his face is due to the massive amount and kinds of drugs he has shot up, ingested, alcohol, etc. over many years. It looks like it has taken its toll. He would look better if he didn't purse his lips the way he does but, instead, attempted a bit of a smile. Looking at him when he purses his lips is when he looks very bad. Sometimes, he looks a bit better but he also looks like he is a sun worshiper.

I think he looks great either way. Who gives a flying fuck if he's had any plastic surgery? He's still the most iconic rockstar of our generation, and has so much personality. I'm only 15 and I think he's incredibly sexy. And all you people comparing him to stars with bad plastic surgery, really need to get a life and stop hating on him. LOVE YOU STEVEN

I'm sorry, but are we looking at the same man? I think he looks very much like Joan Rivers, or like a snake man. It's hard for me to even look at him, he's the strangest man I've ever seen. Sexy? Where? Does he even have muscles? As far as him being 63, so what? I'll be 63 in 6 months and I don't have any wrinkles on my face, or dimples in my legs or thighs. I look and feel great, but really, this goes to show that beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. Thankfully, we all like different things; it would be terrible if we all like the same things.

You know working with a band or in a band is grueling.., being on the road flying around from place to place... doing concerts back to back... keeping it together... fans chasing you.... performing on stage is no walk in the park... they have to work hard to please there fans... and its freaking hard work.......its a tiring job.. it's harder than some assembly line work...Geesh... think about it.....Watch Steven On Stage... could you do the things he does for hours on end...he is moving jumping kicking dancing, screaming doing backflips running... walking.... Hard work.... I'd say..

Steven Tyler is an amazing musician!! Who cares what he looks like? Even though I think he looks natural. Some people just age better than others, my parents are in their 50's and have never had any kind of treatment whatsoever and most people assume they are in their late 30's. They just take of themselves. As for Steven Tyler "not doing any real work", sounds like someone is a bit jealous that they aren't rich and famous for having an incredible talent. Being a successful musician is hard work, especially in the era of Aerosmith. You couldn't get away with shit like lipsinking and voiceovers like all the crappy rockstars do now, you had to have real talent. Aerosmith rocks!!!!!!!
