In a recent interview to Esquire magazine, Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara, known by many for her modeling work,she shared her thoughts on plastic surgery: "L. A. is crazy. The women all look the same now. That thing with the cheeks. Like Madonna. Who do they think they're fooling? It doesn't make them look young. You end up looking like a freak." She didn't say she won't have surgery in the future, mentioning that she would go for some eye surgery and admitting that she thought of a breast reduction when she was younger, but her mother discouraged her saying: "God is going to punish you if you cut them."

Born in 1972 she keeps her body on shape and we look at her pictures to see if there is any sign of plastic surgery helping her to keep her image.

Comparing pictures when she was younger and now, we see that her breasts size have been growing, but it looks than then she was thinner, so it could be due to weight gain, if she got breast implants, we think that the plastic surgeon did a fairly good job keeping a natural look. On her face we don't see any major change and she has said before that she didn't got any plastic surgery procedure done, for NocheLatina she commented: "I’m 37, I don’t really think I need it... but maybe when I’m 45, I‘ll think about it. At 37? Not yet."

But looking at her most recent pictures taking July, 2010 wearing a bikini, we couldn't avoid to notice how her skin look on her belly. It reminded us Tara Reid's after liposuction belly... But Sofia has a son, this could be just the natural result of pregnancy when the skin gets damaged from the stretching, it could be easily make better with a mini tummy tuck or abdominoplasty just to remove the extra skin around the belly bottom.

no way shes had some work done ! she had her son at 17 years old ! why doesnt her pics at her younger years show a saggy belly! she definitely had lipo! unless she was airbrushed and her boobs are much bigger now than after she had her son!

one more thing...let's not get it confused! Just because you are naturally large on top (i do believe sofia at once had natural large breast) does not excuse from the fact that you had to get implants because the real ones were too saggy. yes her boobs have always been big, but no where near what they are now and definetly no where near looking like they do now...not only huge but round and droopy free. Same goes for Salma...come on people....Use your brain!

sofia has a great boob job. yes your boobs grow when you are pregnant but let's keep it real, there is no way in hell that string bikini is going to hold those huge boobs in perfect place! Moreover, a person with natural huge boobs knows that when you wear a bikini and kneel over (see sofia's pic with her friend sitting down) your boobs also sink in naturally with your body and don't remain all round and full (heck, not even a young girl's small perky boobs would remain in the same position) Great boob job but she is not fooling anyone...FAKE!!! Defintely had Lipo too!! Nonetheless, the womans body looks great!

you are all idiots, no one can really tell if her boobs are fake or not. they looked a lot bigger obviously around the time she gave birth when she was 20 and they kind of stayed that way. look at her on that south american travel show she was on and you can see how big they look. she was about 21 during that show. they now look bigger and it's possible that since they were already big she could have had them done one size larger and they would still look natural but no one knows for a fact. but why would she have wanted them any bigger? they looked fantastic.. it doesn't matter anyway, she is a great actress with a great figure and a gorgeous face. she has earned her nominations and whatever she does in the future as far as plastic surgery is her business but i hope she doesn't do much or else she could end up looking like joan rivers..

My chest got bigger when I had my kids. But after gaining weight later in years the boobs just got bigger and bigger. My older sisters all have a huge chest as well, but after seeing how they look now I am considering having a reduction. I am only 5'0" and had a chest that was growing out of a EE bra. Sofia has real boobs. She is nice and tall so she can hold them up better. Wearing good support and having a healthy diet keeps her body in good shape. She looks like most of the other beautiful women in South America.

To the person who said fake boobs don't bounce and jiggle A LOT. You don't know what you're talking about. If she had C-cups beforehand (looks like she did) and then implants to make her the size she is now, she would bounce and jiggle A LOT.

She obviously had implants and lipo. Silicon looks pretty real these days-- I've seen them up close and I know.

To the person who said womens breasts get smaller after having a baby, that's just not true. I went from a B to large C when I was pregant and they never got smaller again and I even had lost 40 lbs. Her breasts bounce and jiggle A LOT which fake boobs don't. Those are very real

Everyone knows that after you have a baby your breast not only sag/droop, but they also lose their volume and get smaller, ask any woman who's given birth! Of course she had a boob job, and possibly a lift, they look exactly how mine did, before and after the surgery...she most definitely had an augmentation mammaplasty and a mastopexy (lift) to give those big heavy things some support...I had to do the same thing...when you have large boobs after baby they sag and you need that lift to hold those heavy things up above your belly button, that's also what keeps them looking so natural! The doc did a good job, as did mine! Kudos, Sofia smilies/wink.gif
