Loved by ones, hated by others: American Idol's judge Simon Cowell admitted to get botox injections regularly but he denied any other plastic surgery procedure. “No, absolutely not. I have not had cosmetic surgery. Yes, I’ve had Botox, but not in an obsessive way... I wouldn’t have plastic surgery, it looks ridiculous on guys,”” said Simon.

The comment came when another of the judges from England show X-factor said that he got as much plastic surgery as Sharon Osbourne.

Many celebrities change their mind about plastic surgery with time and it is completely normal to do, so who knows if he will in the future, but for now, looking at the pictures, it doesn't look like he went through any other procedure than botox. These injections are not permanent and when its effect pass, wrinkles and expression lines come back, this is why they need to be apply regularly with 3 to 6 months intervals usually.

Kind of unfair to compare pics of when he was 40 years old and now that he is 50. He aged a little bit, had some botox and fillers but he is still very attractive man.

Gosh, I'm not a follower of Simon's but I thought he was a nice looking man before. In the photo I saw, I thought he had some "monster" looking features. Once you destroy yourself like that, you can never go back.

simon has looked different for a short while, and on piers morgan, he looked briefly like george clooney to me. was he wearing eyeliner? he definitely looks different, but i think in a great way. if women can do it, why not? he looks totally different in the eyes, but to me, in a very good way. i just kinda wish he'd grow out his hair more, its kinda "square" shaped the way he has it, and not complimentary to the shape of his face.

i think simon rocked on A.I. and was the best, as he always told the truth. You could rely on Simon to not sugar coat, and you know when he liked someone, it was talent (although some of the ladies did take his eye). more power to you simon, you look hotter than ever now. even more handsome now, than before (and you were hot before!),

I saw him with Pers the other night on CNN. Definite surgery. Crows feet are gone and his eyes are looking condsiderably different. What a shame --- much sexier before. BIG Mistake.

He's had upper and lower eyelid surgery, filler injections in his face (usually Juvederm), Botox, and yes the photo of him in the stripped suit (where his new upper eyelid surgery is evident) does look like he has had an entire facelift. Could be the "lunchtime lift" where they cut in through the inside of the cheeks in the moutn and tighten up the muscles underneath the skin.

A lot more than Botox going on here! lol The odd thing is that men don't realize that they acutally look BETTER with a few lines - it makes them look distinguished and ruggedly sexy. Men aren't supposed to look "soft and smooth".

If you look at him now compared to 1 year ago his nose and cheeks eye area don't move and it looks wierd, when he tries to smile only his bottom part of the face moves the top doesn't...he's had more than botox.
