Vicepresidential candidate for the Republican Party, Sarah Palin looks very young for her age besides being mother of five. Former runner up at the 1984 Miss Alaska Beauty Pageant is very attractive at her 44 years old but we don't think that she has gotten any mayor plastic surgery procedure like a face lift or an eye job. Recently she has been rumored to have a breast augmentation after an appearance in a white t-shirt, but we don't think this is the result of breast implants but a wonder bra, we will be looking some other public appearances of her to see if we should change our minds about her supposed breast implants. Although her image could be somehow enhanced with a good use of make up and maybe photoshop in some pictures, we think that her image is very good for her age also in her live appearances.
Palin most probably got some non invasive procedures such as botox injections. She may has also some fillers and skin treatments like a chemical peel, with these she could help her skin to look healthy and young, maintaining wrinkles and expression lines aside. So, for the moment it looks lilke she didn't went under the knife, but who knows what she is going to do later with the a couple of years more.
I'm just wating for the tip of her nose to reach the tip of her chin. Witch time!!!

Her sister in law Wendy worked for years at the main plastic surgeon in town Dr. Manuel. He is known for his breast augmentation. Everyone up here in Ak has heard the rumors about the "work" done.

To Amanda B. I just read your comment and it confirms it for me....that I wasn't imagining that Palin's jaw looks really weird as if she might have had liposculpture on her lower face or what is referred to as "buccal fat removal" because from the mid to lower part of her face it no longer looks soft but instead sharp, gaunt and angular. She is aging and lost all her pregnancy fat so maybe it's just her facial fat disappearing or shifting. She is very thin though... and it doesn't serve her looks. When she smiles she looks normal but otherwise it looks like something is happening to her face. I still think she's very attractive but just wonder whether or not her weightloss is creating the problems, if she's had liposuction on her face or if she's under a lot of stress and it's beginning to show.

I saw her speaking on live TV last week and it looks like she just got her jaw severely shaved down. Her jaw is no longer prominent and looks unnaturally dainty. Freaked me the hell out. Now I can't find pictures of it anywhere, guess it was too recent.

I think many photos of her get photoshopped but I still find her attractive. BUT...I wish she'd take down that hair!! It's ok to wear it up a couple times a week and when you are doing stuff around the house but she has the look of a pretty school marm and it gets old. When her hair is down she looks much softer and younger. When she doesn't smile her face looks gaunt. She's quite thin and I think she'd look better and less gaunt if she put on 10-15 pounds. Her choice of clothing during the campaign was awful. Blacks, grays...shoulder pads. She was a breath of fresh air for McCain but I think she needed to be seen in different looks - but she always looked the same. Still, despite what many nasty people say about her, I found her to be very smart for a newcomer and all things considered during that stressful time. Note to Sarah....you turned alot of people on and alot of people off. Being a tomboy and up in Alaska too long, you were much too verbal about your guntoting "hunting" stuff. As an animal lover who believes in their rights over the right to "hunt"....that turned me off.

Palin has always been an attractive woman. I don't think she has anything seriously done to her face. Has she kept her skin healthy and youthful, yes. Isn't that what mainstream Americans all over the world are trying to accomplish. Did she have her lips tighten? I don't think so. Look at all her pictures, her lips look EXACTLY the same to me... any slight difference is most likely good makeup. Even if she has had anything done to her face, why does it matter? I say she deserves it if she did! She has five kids and acts like supermom; I think she deserves it if she wants it and shouldn't be judged for it.. Don't try to downsize her because she is attractive. I say power to her for being as pretty as she is at her age.
She is not a Washington insider so she is unexperienced? Whatever. She has served in many positions in Alaska and done a good job. She may not be as experienced in some cases but give her an opportunity just like people are giving Obama an opportunity. In the next four years, I believe she will grow in the areas she is lacky in at the moment, and she will be a great candidate for the presidency if she wants it.

I think it's obvious she has had some lip augmentation; her lips simply were not that full as a teen & college student. The fuller upper lip with the "cupid's bow" is new. She also has the tell-tale crinkled nose when she smiles which indicates a botoxed forhead (i.e. the accessory muscles are extra evident when the forehead & crows feet are paralyzed).

Palin is just John McCain's token women. He obviously didn't want anyone with any real knowledge or strength that could challenge him. He'll keep her in his back pocket and just take her out when he think's the women in the U.S. need a push in his direction. He has no respect for women if he thinks by putting an inexperienced, limited knowledge individual that's a woman on the ticket will get him the womens' vote. We women are much smarter than that and can see through his tactics. Those of us that are educated can see the ploy for what it was. There are many other Republican women more qualified than Sarah Palin.

Her two front teeth have either veneers or caps (bucky beaver style) The eye liner surrounds the entire eye with heavy eye shadow applied. They have purposefully given her a Raquel Welsh vixen seductress appeal for the masses. Notice they've got her wearing very expensive mostly sollid colored clothing. Her jackets are 21 Century Jackie and her beehive hairstyle resembles Jackie's pill box hat. But many times it's a WIG,, and at other times a hair piece. She is a comical self-inflated "ninny" who is in it for herself and for what she can get out of it and will play along for as long as it suits her. Perhaps when she's through with this stint she'll pack it up and take it on the road. Europeans, Aussies and Canadians take her for a Yukon comedy. routine. Her nose is big and down turned. She has Tina Fey's nose. She has a somewhat large nose. Her eyes are crosssed looking. SHe's cute though, but I think people over exaggerate her beauty. She's not all that to be honest.

it's true, her nose looks different but bigger, it doesn't look like she got a rhinoplasty (nose job) but that her nose got bigger with the years, I have hear that nose and ears get bigger with the years.
