Salma Hayek Plastic Surgery

Actress Salma Hayek has been rumored to have had a nose job at the beginning of her career and later on a breast augmentation. Regarding Hayek's nose, it seems less wide and round than in previous pictures, but the change is very subtle.

About her breasts, they are definitely bigger, but there is a chance that the "after" picture was taken when she was already pregnant of her daughter Valentina in 2007 while engaged to the french billionaire Francois Henry Pinault.

Lot of speculation around this one, but it would be hard to say because of her pregnancy, and if she decided to breastfeed even harder, because they may stay that size for a while to go back to the previous look (or close to that). That could be the explanation to why her breasts are still big.

When moms decide not to breastfeed the size of the breasts usually go back to the previous one in couple of days after delivery, when the breasts kind of "realize" that they don't need to prepare anymore for breastfeeding.

OMG! she is the prettiest woman ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love her nose! awesomeness yo!... and her boobs probably she did get a boob job.. cuz they were small... but i think in that picture with the white top they look too big!... recent pictures they look normal...

but whatever shes amazing!! and beautiful!!!!

What hypocrites...its comments and attitudes like this that are behind everyone's insecurity and decision to get things done. Women get slammed if they aren't "hot" enough, with big boobs. When they get them done they get criticized for that as well. I happen to NATURALLY have boobs as big as Salma's in the after shot, and I'm only 5'1 but NOT fat. People have the audacity to hint or ask if I've had anything done. God forbid a woman has naturally big boobs, she must have had them done. If she DID get them done, shame on her for that...and if she is flat, well, she'll get looked at as "less than." If someone is too thin, they must have an eating disorder. If you are more than a size 4 you are obese and should hate yourself. I am at the point I am sick of people and their "no win" opinions. And yes, WOMEN are the worst perpetrators of these kinds of attitudes. You all have something crappy to say about eveything.

Nose has been fixed and looks GREAT! Boobs look great too, but I don't think they're fake.. My mom went from B to D in 10 years, and then the last couple years to F... I think that might be the same with Salma... - I hope so!
