I've been a Rob Lowe fan for 25 years. When I was in Jr high I collected every Rob Lowe magazine, poster, etc. He hasn't had any work done! Rob has aged naturally. His chin is more defined when he smiles. His face has looked that way for years.

I love how people compare pictures from when someone was in their early 20s to how they look now in their 40s or 50s. Of course they look different. Unless there are weight gain issues, people's faces generally thin as they get older and that causes some features to look different. If I compare myself at age 21 to myself now at 37, one could argue that I have had surgery - but I certainly have not. The only comparisons that make a case involve photos that show a change over just a couple of years, or less of course.

Don't you think the fact that he has been married for 20+ years to a make-up artist makes a big difference? Surely Sheryl (say that fast five times) has emphasized skin care and moisturizer. Plus he has been sober for decades, exercises daily and has superior genetics. Even if he has had some work done, he looks fantastic. I say go read his book then make an informed decision, or just get a life. Love you. Rob Lowe, and I last saw you in Austin Powers!!

I'm watching him right now on the Piers Morgan show and he looks so hot at age 47 but the face job doesn't match his age. I always admired his matured good looks as he grew old gracefully but he now looks like he did 20 years ago and that is quite scary to look like your kid. Looks like he had eyebrow lifts and chin implant as well as botox treatment. He looks hot though and no facial distortion like Prescilla Presley has. Prescilla likes looking younger than her daughter and granddaughter, it's time she gives it up!

The two pictures cannot be compared - although he is young in the first picture, he is obviously carrying more weight, and so his jaw line would change. Anyone who is a fan of Rob Lowe would know his chin and jawline always looked like this in his films. Who would want a chin implant?? His face is the same shape as it always was...

i am THE BIGGEST fan of Rob Lowe..... i have seen ALL his movie billions of times, but for sure he got a chin implant... my mom met him in 1984 and i met him in 2009.... my mom still has the pic of her with him and we compared my pic with his pic HUGE difference..... I still love Rob Lowe though

Anyone with a brain can tell by looking at the current Rob Lowe that his chin is too sharp and too straight and he has a chin implant and the rest of his face is too tight as well. Over time, gravity takes its' course, unless if you get plastic surgery done on your face! I think he would look good if he just allowed nature to take its' course instead of placing a chin implant, fat sucked out of his cheeks, jaw implant, etc... he just doesn't look right.
