Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih got a lot of attention after being the first immigrant to win this contest, with a bit of scandal about her pole dancing contest winning and even having fans over her swimming suit pictures, we wonder if Rima, as many of her predecessors got some plastic surgery done to improve her image.
Looking for her pictures, we couldn't find any showing us any major change on her looks. Her body is proportional and we don't see any sign of breast implants or other major plastic surgery done. About her face, one of the most popular procedures between young woman is the rhinoplasty or nose job, but again no signs of it on her. We think that in case she got anything done it was very subtle to keep the proportions of her body and a natural look.
