She is one of the wealthiest women in show business. She is admired for being so strong and healthy. 3 years ago, Madonna began to look really rough. Now, her cheeks are very pronounced and skin is tighter. No doubt, she has had cheeks implants and the tip of her nose done and botox. I believe all the rest is god given. She was so beautiful in the 80s. Beauty doesn't stay and we all grow old. The stars to be really admired for not making these changes and still are beautiful is Meryl Streep. She is growing old gracefully and able to do tons of acting and doesn't seem to mind if she looks bad in a movie. She comes across great. Madonna and Jennifer Lopez will always have plastic surgery to continue to look younger and never be good actresses. Jennifer Aniston is gorgeous, but I must admit as a man that she always plays the pretty girl in her movies. She never plays a serious character. Heads up to Madonna. They are huge and very obvious. The don't look good. If she wanted implants, she should have gotten smaller, more subtle ones. She also looks like she had microliposuction of her cheek fat or removal. Her cheeks were always chubby, and I don't think even weight loss would get rid of that much fat in the cheeks, and certainly not in such an artistically contoured fashion. Her face looks sculpted. She may have had a facelift of some kind (maybe a minilift, she doesn't have the excessively pulled look of a full facelift, and she's also not all that old). I don't think her plastic surgery looks good. It's too obvious.
