Her nose job was done a long while ago, but her make-up people have improved her look. The lines on the side of her face are to make her face look slimmer. Check out her photos in the 80s and the 90s paying close attention to her neck lines. Her neck skin was much loser back in the 80s than it is now. She has the benefit of the best money can buy and as others have mentioned, she is not attractive without having the works applied.
