I had a nose job when I was young and I've never had another. However, if you see pics of me then and now you'd swear I had two nose jobs. I'm much thinner now and have been diagnosed with a wheat and oat allergy which also made my chin and lip swell. Now my facial features and chin are much smaller. As for Gwen , if she did have work done it's excellent. Plastic surgery is supposed to make you look like a better YOU. The first picture is pretty old and she wasn´t famous at this time. So i guess she doesn´t had some good makeup stylists with her. This could be the reason why her nose looks that eye-catching. She always uses this eye-catching red lipstick. This and her dark brown eyes in contrast to her platinum blonde hair takes all attention away from her nose. The breasts, i really don´t know. If this picture was taken when she was pregnant or short after she had born her child, than it might be a natural increase. And botox? No. Take a look at some of her newer pictures, she has some lightly wrinkles at her eyes and her mouth.
