I was surprised she sang Hero on Saturday night's XFactor, and even more so by the fact that she sung it in such a low key. It also does reflect in the unchallenging types of songs she has been producing these last few years. I didn't know about the nodules though.

i saw mariah sing on the x factor on saturday, i was shocked at how differently she sang hero than when she did in the 90s. i prefer her older songs tbh, and i think she looked so much better before all the plastic surgery but shes still pretty now though.

She does look like she had surgery to be honest. Back in the 90's she looked like she had little to no surgery, but definitely since 2005 she has had a lot done.

oh and another thing. mariah only perferes to be photographed from the right side of her face. the reason is cause her nose is shaped differently on the other side from all the nose jobs she has had.
and when we say "all the nose jobs", people are so quick to be in denial. But Mariah keeps getting "SUBTLE" nose jobs to the point where it looks like 1 big nose job. she keeps thinking if she gets a little nose job here & there, noone will notice.

she def has a nose job. i used to watch Mariah on VHS in bed every night (1995) concert.. and if you compare the profile of her nose from back then to now, her nose used to stick out more. Now her nose is a lottttt flatter and pushed in if you look at it from the side. I am not just making accusations, this is coming from someone who was a HUGE FAN, and I observed and analyzed her through out the years, so I know what Im talking about. Theres no doubt about her getting her boobs done. but another thing people dont realize is why her mouth is shaped differently nowadays. She also got her teeth laminated (or thickened), which gives the appearance of her mouth/lips to become wider and longer. Her entire mouth area as gotten bigger due to the fact that she has cosmetically altered her teeth. So that should explain her face looking so different. and maybe that is why she cant sing the same anymore. but there is still no excuse for her behaving and writing/singing songs like she is 20 years old. even when she was in her 20's she was singing and performing more mature songs then she is now. I was waiting for the day when Mariah would get over this mid life crisis, but it seems to be going on forever. I was once the ultimate Mariah Carey Fan, now im just dissapointed. I will always be a fan of her from 90-96. .. but i dont ever think she will be the same.

It is amazing that this woman had such natural beauty and then ruined it. I mean I could see if she went from dog to model but she had classic beauty before and now she just looks trashy. What a shame. She looks a lot better with darker hair too.

Umm for the person who said that "all the girls are jealous" and they "if they had money they would do it too"...I have the money to do all the things she did twice or more, and I don't do it. I think what she did was wrong, and dangerous in many ways. She should've been happy with the body that God gave her. And I'm CERTAINLY not jealous! I'm a guy and the outrageously fake boobs (and the denial that they exist) annoy me. Look at photos of her before 1998 and it is impossible to deny it. She wasn't thin then, she just had below average size breasts. Now she's a DD. Either she got implants or someone cast a magical boob spell on her.

i hate saying this but she needs to get her dark and way again, grow out her eyebrows, lose weight, get rid of her implants, and most important wear clothes

Actually, im a huggggeeeeeee mariah fan and let me tell the facts. First of all mariah has NOT had chin implants because her chin doesnt look any different and she hasnt had cheek implants either, and if your saying she has then look at an old picture of her smiling and youll see she hasnt!. But i do think shes had a little nose surgery and its sraighter, so i do agree on that, and her breasts, when she put on weight they could of got bigger because when u put on weight your breasts do get bigger aswell and sometimes stay that way. i do miss the old mariah but shes still beautiful and can still sing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

definitely no nose job or chin work. both of those features haven't changed a bit. and i think her cheeks just plumped up when she gained a lot of weight. she's always had high cheek bones. her boobs may be another story. still, like her cheeks, they didn't get huge until she gained a good bit of weight. could be a good push up bra, could be plastic surgery.

Mariah has had chin, cheek and breat implants. Her nose has been fixed several times, so many that it looks weird now. I think she's had several botox injections and some collagen or restylane injections in her lips as well... Anything on her still natural? - I think not!
