At the age of 47, at her recent appearance at the 2007 Oscars she looked good and young, as is every woman’s dream at her age. It looks like she had a facelift done, possibly to hide the wrinkles, Botox to her forehead. There appears to be not a single line, which is impossible for a woman who is aging naturally. So unless there is some magic marker eraser, she cannot hide her face anymore. In addition to a facelift, Madonna could have some rhinoplasty done. It seems though that that is old news as apparently, she had her nose slimmed in the 1990’s. Comments (22)

She looks hot for a old bag, she has gotta B almost 50 right, my wife always looked 10 years younger than her true age until her late 40's, she still looked great but not like a kid which she did until recently, She got botox and juverderm and now she looks like she is about 39 so Madonna ain't folling anybody, she had at least that stuff, probably, much more*

In my opinion, Madonna has had some great work done on her face. She waited a long time, so we could all see the natural aging process happening. Then, suddenly, when she released "Confessions on a Dance Floor," her features were once again sharp and gorgeous. She looks to have had something injected in her cheecks, not actual implants like everyone is suggesting here. But, you know what......she still looks absolutely beautitul and natural, so more power to her. She's way too smart to become a plastic surgery victim. I do wish she'd do something with her hair, though! She'd look much better with straight hair that looks a little more polished and done. Not that she cares about my opinion, right?!

I saw a few pictures of Madonna about a month a go and I thought she looked quite different. Now i'm convinced she's had something done. She's a great entertainer but am wondering if she going to look more like Mae West...Than Madonna!

Is it just me or has anybody noticed that madonna looks totally different lately? I reckon she has had cheek implant as well asall the other surgery, nose , eyes, botox and filler. she looks ok but I think the cheeck implants are just too much.

Uh oh! Madonna's edging into that plastic surgery thing where you begin to look like an entirely different person. Of course, that's been her schitck from the beginning, but at least she had the same face. Be careful, Madonna, or you'll end up like Michael Jackson -- looking like no human at all!
