Lindsay Lohan is rumored to have had a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty (nose job).

Additionally, Lindsay Lohan is rumored to have lip augmentations via injection fillers such as Restylane and Collagen.
The first breast augmentation Lohan had was when she turned 17. Some sources say that Lohan had two breast augmentations, with the second surgery being done to improve her breasts and achieve a more "natural" look.   It is possible that Lindsay Lohan may have used lip make-up well and had no such lip injections done.

She has DEFIANTLY had breast implants it's so easy to tell in the first picture the space between her breasts forms an up-side down V (Natural) in the next it more closely resembles a rectangle it's the dead giveaway of a breast implant push up bra's don't ever do that

i do'nt think that her boobs are fake,you can also use au wonderbra if you already have big ones! Her lips are obviously fake it really looks bad but i think thats always the same(just charlize Therons lips look quit good but you can see that they are fake)

The girl looks a mess. Too much drinking and drugging and sexing. She's only in her early 20's, but could easily pass for a 40 something crack whore. I don't think many people care about her anymore. She blew it. No pun intended.
