What singer Lil Kim got after her plastic surgery is what we could call extreme make over. Some people have plastic surgery because they want to enhance their image, good plastic surgery doesn't change completely the look of somebody but improves it.

Unfortunately, her face does not look the same, in this picture from before she looks beautiful, she probably got already a nose job and a breast augmentation when the pictures were taken, but in average she was looking pretty good. Then something happened, it looks like she got cheek implants, her nose looks even thinner than before suggesting another rhinoplasty, and maybe she even got a brow lift with all those procedures.

Breast implants are more obvious when breast appears large, round and firm in someone with a small frame. When women lose weight, decreasing her body fat percentage, breast also decrease in size because it is basically fat tissue. In the case of Lil, all the signs of breast implants can be seen, even after loosing weight her breasts looks basically the same in size and projection, so no doubts about that one. Anyhow, it could be interesting to know how many surgeries she got until this point on her career.

She should have stopped at the breast surgery. She should not have done anything with her face or skin she was very beautiful perfect the way she was. looked like a person, now she looks like an "it". She does not look the way she looked when she got in the game. When she first came out, I loved here style. But she is a studio MC, who would have thought behind all that shit she was saying she had the lowest self esteem on the planet.

I got respect for lil kim i really do.. Even though I do think she looked fine back in the day and obviously she was not happy with herself and she felt like she had to make some changes.. But i agree just leave her be. . and let her do her.. lil kim was perfectly fine before.. now she looks like a hott mess!!! I mean the eyebrows look like they're moving up everytime she blinks. Her boobs are way to hugh for her small frame, her cheeks scare the hell out of me, and her nose can not get any thinner than THAT. I don't get why some people get plastci surgery if they were fine way before...i just don't get it.

Lil Kim has probably had all procedures one can have! She looks like a damn freak!!!!! The cheeks, nose and chin - why would anyone go that far?! And what surgeon did that? - Bet he won't come out and say he did it, not until he retires..
I do understand why she had the nose done the first time, and I don't blame her for the boob job either (just not in that size), but the rest is just flat out ugly. If LaToya and Jocelyn Wildenstein didn't exist, she would probably be the female answer to Michael Jackson... She looks disgustingly creepy.
