Kevin Costner plastic surgery

Actor Kevin Costner is rumored to have had a hair transplant after he showed up with his head full of raising hair again.  His pictures show a significant receding hair line by 2006, but then at the beginning of 2007 he shows more hair in that previously balding frontal area.
