She has also had cheek lipo (notice lower cheeks, that inflated semi-chipmunk look is gone!) You do not change the shape of your face via weight loss particularly when she wasn't fat to begin with! You always see anorexic women with fat faces like Kirsten Dunst and Amanda Bynes. You cannot lose face fat but via liposuction! (They use mini laser tools)

Also notice her eyes are no longer droopy (like Britney Spears') She has had them lifted. Probably the mini brow lift that Megan Fox got. It makes your eyes a lot smaller. (See pix above)

Katie Holmes has had a nose job, brow lift, cheek lipo, chin implant and cheekbone implants. If I were her I'd feel my face and go "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! GET THE SILICONE OUTTA HERE!" That has to be weird. To have a face with plastic inserted. It causes Parkinsons (Michael J. Fox anyone?!) I wonder what the grave robbers of Hollywood stars would find: the silicone implants fused to the skull?

Have you seen Richard Grieco? He had the cheekbone implants removed and he looks hollow and freakish!

Definitely the nose....the tip is more refined. The rest is just a thinner face because of maturity. I think she looks great.

Her cheeks looking exactly the same! Look at the first older picture where she´s smiling, there´s absolutely no difference in her cheeks compared to now.
The tip of her nose is completely askew. If she really had a nose job, don´t you think this would be the first thing she would have fixed? Nobody in his right mind would go and get a surgery and leave the tip like this! This would be utterly stupid.
Nah she just lost a lot of weight and uses more makeup today, that´s all.

She definately had her nose tweaked but other than that I don't think she's had anything else. Remember, the face becomes more chiseled the older you get because you loose some baby fat in your face. I don't think she had surgery. A haircut, make-up and light can make you look very different. Plus people get older, duh!!

I´m not sure about the cheek and chin implants. She always has big cheeks and she wasn´t that thin at her dawsons creek time as today. And you know if you´re loosing weight, your bones will be more highlighted.

Her facial features are rounded and soft. This nose tip job is sharp and angular and it looks mismatched with the rest of her face. Still very pretty. Omg! lJust look at that stunning natural eye color!

I loved Dawson Creek, those were the good old days and I´ve loved her. She was cute back then now she´s sophisticated. But we shouldn´t hate her for that. To have had plastic surgery is not a crime, it´s a personal choice!
