 Kate Gosselin Plastic Surgery
 Celebrity mom Kate Gosselin, from Jon and Kate Plus8, got a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) as part of her reality TV show. The difference before and after is really evident and some people think that she really deserved to have the plastic surgery, after a multiple pregnancy her skin was so stretch that it couldn't go back by itself.
 Abdominoplasty is a procedure performed most usually to people who has loose a lot of weight or woman who were pregnant when they remains with sagging skin on their abdominal area, this skin can't be eliminated with diet or exercise since its elastic fibers were damaged because of stretching.
 In some cases the plastic surgeon only needs small incisions, but on her case we suppose that they needed to make a bigger one because in some bikini pictures appears some lines that looks like the possible scar from the procedure, however, she looks pretty great and lets remember that she is mom of 8!
