She looks like all natural aging, which has been very kind to her, but obviously no plastic surgery work done. Everyone's nose will naturally change size and profile shape slighty with aging. It's just looks like an older version of her natural nose. She hasn't needed it! She has fabulous bone structure (to die for,) and will always look younger than her age. And she has admit it. But there was a reason for those plastic surgerys. She has broke her nose twice. When she was very - very young and during 90's. About the photos...i agree with Lisa...the same person can look completely different from different sides and lighting effects...plus the age! In the first one, the sunshine is too much and she closed her eyes 'cause she can't see! It's obvious! In the second one she is in a party or something like that and almost 10 years later! People change through the years! It'a not all plastic surgery. If the pictures were at the exact same angle and the same lighting I would be more convinced.
