Shawn Corey Carter, better known by his artistic name Jay Z, is rumored to have some plastic surgery procedures, could it be true? But he is not the only one, his wife Beyonce is also rumored to have had a lot of plastic surgery from breast implants to rhinoplasty.
He do look different than couple of years ago, but we don't think that it is due to plastic surgery but a change on his style, hair, clothes, but his features remain the same.

definitely HAD surgery. I am a plastic surgeon and it´s obvious he had some cheek implants done, either fat injection or similar. Before he had a flat midface.
