Michael's sister, singer Janet Jackson is rumored to have had a breast augmentation besides a rhinoplasty. It is hard to say because of the kind of clothes that was using in the "after" picture, they have the typical look of breast implants (excesively rounded in the upper part) but this can be achieved with special bra (or just pushing up the breast). The nose job is rumored to have been done as early as when she had 16 years old, but it is not confirmed.

When breast implants are placed above the muscle, they show less roundness than implants above it, but even in that case, when conditions such as capsular contracture develops, scar tissue builds up around the implants, causing them to be round and hard, this condition may also be painful leading to the removal of the implants.

Decrease in body fat percentage also can lead to a less natural appearance of the implants showing more roundness because the breasts are more skin and implant.

Beautiful, beautiful smile. I like her. Breasts, horrible, I wish she would stop pushing them up into these two round balls far apart from each other .... it looks horrible. I like her as a person, she has star appeal but the incident with her and Justin at the superbowl a few years ago was fake and made her a little less special.

Her original nose fit her face better. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Around Dreamstreet she had her first nose job. It was a good one, not too extreme. The problem came later when she had a second. It was made too small and pointy, and doesn't go with the rest of her soft round face. This is really obvious when her hair is very short like it is now. Don't get me wrong, she is still attractive, but she should have stopped with the first one.

I hate fake breast. The natural wonders are so much better. It's ok ladies if you have a, b, c cups or my favorite double D's, (Rosie Perez) as long as they're natural.

Work with what the lord gave you. It was intended for us all to be different, that's what makes you unique. Trying to look better by surgery to me is undoing what god meant you to look like. I'm all in favor of over the counter cosmetics such as make up and hair coloring, store bought nails and push up bras. Hell, a little booty padding can be ok too as long as you're not my lady, lol. I think Janet is still pretty! She always had a cute smile like her brother Mike! She even talks like him in a way!
I wonder why did she want a nose job? So far I know that Micheal had an accident and broke his nose and that was how he found plastic surgery! I also think Janet looked prettier back in the 80's than today!

I think the fact that LaToya, Michael and Janet look that much alike is no matter of genetics, it's rather the result of visiting the same cosmetic surgeon(s). When they where younger all of them looked completely different (from each other and from themself today). This "Michael Jackson is dead, so everybody has to love all of them now!" opinion is crap, and her surgeries are more than obvious. Nosejob, breastimplants, implants in her face, chemical peelings, faceliftings, fore sure there's nothing that she didn't try. I like her music, I realy do, but use your eyes: everything about her is made.

I don't understand why people rag on JJ so much. She never got comments like that before the super bowl. IMO it's pretty obvious that the only facial surgery she has had was the nose job when she was a young teen (which her freakish father forced her to get, always making fun of his kids "big noses"). Michael has had a ton of surgery (duh) and so has LaToya, but to my knowledge others in the family haven't gotten much, if any, and Janet is definitely the best-looking of the clan.
