Ivanka Trump Plastic Surgery 

Comparing old and more recent pictures of Ivanka Trump, it seems that there is a size difference on her breast. It is common in breast augmentation where the implant is placed under the chest muscle that they look a bit swollen in the upper pole. It can take several months for the implants to settle or drop, after which they will look smaller and more natural.

When breast implants are placed above the muscle, the swelling is less and the upper pole swelling is less as well. Usually just after surgery and for the first six months, breasts will look bigger because of this, and the final look will be achieved in about a year.

What exactly is your problem? You blame her father for her "Jerry Springer" like breat implants??? You must think that she has no brain at all. She looks like a freak with those big plastic balloons under her shirt. Granted, none of the Trumps have a sense of taste, but to blame her father is just plain stupid. Ivanka is a grown woman who can make her own decisions. She alone is the one who decieded to turn herself into a tit freak show, Women aren't always victims... sometimes they are just stupid. At least now, you can put yourself in the same bindle as Ivanka Trump.

I wouldn't be surprised if Donald her own father put her up to it - he's such a masogynist. She should have left herself alone, she's pretty enough not to need plastic surgery of any sort. I really can't stand her father - with a Dad like that we'd all have a complex.

i'm so upset. She is a smart young lady, but why she agree with breast implant?
well maybe it's because her father, so don't blaim her. She's not the one who ask her father to take some chick around her when she was a child. but hey, at least his father has responsible. He didn't make someone pregnant and then left her.

How can someone who is so rich, have no taste. They are way too big. Not to mention designer clothers will never look proper on her. You have to hand it to Paris Hilton, Jennifer Aniston, Sarah Jessica Parker, Angelina Jolie, Penelope Cruz, and all the other hollywood actresses, who haven't given in to the "big boob syndrome". I personally think it looks vulgar.
