I think she looks great! Everyone is so negative, I would say most people, if they could would have a lttle something done. Most people can,t afford it or they are just jealous!

There is no way its an improvement. She looked great before, and looks slightly funny now. At least its not the worst botch I've seen. But, its a shame to goof with the great looks she had before. She was great looking even as she aged.

Oh for cyring out loud to those people who think she "looks great", her lips are so stretched; she looks like an alien! I'm sorry, but that's my opinion. I saw her in a programme last night and she looked horrible, she could barely speak and she looked constantly surprised, like she had no expression, from the botox. Nobody should have to have plastic surgery, none of it ends up looking "natural", it just looks dreadul. Just learn to appreciate what you were born with, I doubt cave people gave two hoots whether their nose was too big or they had wrinkles or bags under their eyes they just lived their lives AS THEY APPEARED. Hoenstly, this world is going insane. Who cares what people may "make of you"? Just be yourself and your life will be 10X more fulfilling. Additionally, only have plastic surgery if you're over 60. There. Life's lesson's right there. Deal with it!

It's her eye lift that annoys me. I don't like that hollowed-out look.

I definitely do think she has had plastic surgery. There is no question at all. She's always been really pretty, but at 45, let's face it, it's apparent she had her lips done, botox, some injections, no question. she's pretty much had it all. All actresses have and do that are working because it is such a competetive business. I don't blame them. I know women doing it now that are in their 20's (botox) and find it ridiculous. I hate the fact that it freezes your face and makes you pretty much look like everyone else though. Everyone looks the same in Hollywood. It's really getting screwed up. Even Jennifer Aniston has had stuff done and no matter what anyone says, it's a fact. They all do it once they reach a certain age. Madonna looks 20 years younger because she's had a full face lift. Everything has been done. No question. She looks fantastic. They all do and I don't blame them. I hope it makes them happy though. Hers is by far the best done. She's about 52 and looks fabulous. As far as Heidi Montague, nope, she looks older. This plastic surgery makes her look 10 years older than she should look. She has changed EVERYTHING about her. I know I'm going to have slight things done, but I don't it ever going that far. I just want a few refreshers. Nothing that will change how I look 100 %. That's it.

I guess "natural" means something different for celebrities. They're all starting to look alike with that same "natural" look.

i always liked Courteney and Jen Aniston from Friends,and i watch all their shows or movies eversince.I still love her ,she's great actress ,and she LOOKS GREAT for her age,with surgeries or without any...she is beautiful woman.She is a bit older now,so she wants to make herself feel better...i don't see anything wrong here.yes she looks a bit different,but not too much.i wouldnt say she is fake ,like lots of other Hollywood stars.she just had some work done on herself and thats it.
I love the show and Court ,so keep on doing such a great job!

I think it is perfectly fine that she has had work done on her face and possibly her body...fillers, ah yes, botox, ah yes, face lifts, yes. But, I won't watch her show "Cougar Town" because of it. The first scene she is evaluating her body as a 40-year-old making it seem as though she hasn't had work done, when anyone should be able to see that she has had so much work done. At least that is how I see it. I don't think she is beautiful now...too much work done, I am just not into that new "look".

Saw her last night on Dancing with the Stars, sitting in the audience to promote her new sitcom. It was terribly obvious she has had more work done on her face. She had some kind of really weird bump/mark/wrinkle between her nose and her eye, on the left side. Maybe an injection site reaction, or too much filler? Don't know enough about plastic surgery to say what that was, but it sure looked wrong. Her lips looked "done", and she had not one wrinkle on her forehead. Her smile looked pained and unnatural. Too bad, she is going to be one of those weird looking old hollywood types. Yuck.

I always thought she was beautiful. She's definitely had work done, but don't think it makes her look better. It's optically widened the bottom part of her face, it looks a bit out of proportion. The lips look trouty. I really hope she stops now. before it gets really bad

She was pregnant for the last season of Friends...she actually looked like Monica in a fat suit. However... if you look at her most recent pics and the ads for her new show...she is starting to resemble Meg Ryan. She does look good...but she also looks different. She has said that she wanted to get some work done but that her husband was against it. Looks to me like she won that one! Just, please please don't go overboard..
