Oh WOW is all I can say! Why at such a young age you would totally transform yourself? I would think no self-esteem, I am surprised she is an actress. I also heard she thinks it will help her singing career, but if you can't sing your looks won't help you. I think she is going to realize someday when she is no longer asked for in Hollywood, she made a BIG mistake.

She did kind of have a big nose and a horse chin. Personally, I might have changed the same thing, but the change wouldn't be as noticable. It is more noticable because of all of the other stuff she did

I understand the nose and chin thing, but shouldn't have changed her entire appearance. She looks horrible now! Her breasts are disgusting and she can't mover her face. WTF, she is only 23. Hey, I am 34 and have done something a little here and there, but I just try to maintain youth, not change.

I believe she needs to repear something inside of her head, not on her breasts or nose. Like those surgeries would really make her convinced that she's beautiful and Spencer loves him. She is convinced then when she realizes how pretty she is without any surgeries and believes in herself. I mean, how insecure do those comments about the other women with bigger breasts sound? Is the relationship really that untrustful that she needs to fake her body to make herself believe she's enough to her husband? It's really sad to hear about things like these. And the doctors get all the money, repearing ridiculous women who believe they are more gorgeous and self-confident by getting under a knife.. surgery is really not a solution when having issues like Heidi has.

This is an example of how women still have ridiculous restraints put upon them by what they are made to think is sexy. And the media doesn't help at all. And the fact that she's in the media means she's influencing young women who look at her as an icon and she needs to remember that she is setting an example for them as well. She is extremely selfish not to think about that. I am not only appalled at how she feels she has to change herself to feel beautiful, rather than find a way to feel good about herself the way she is, but also at how her husband treats her. She obviously thinks that he wants her to look like that, she's even spoken about how she wants to make her boobs even bigger a second time, just for him! And he says he's PROUD of her!!! This is sick. This poor girl has a body image disease and needs help. I'm surprised no one has tried to educate her on the subject of this, or given her therapy or something. There are many ways to deal with this, just as there are many ways to deal with being depressed, or having an eating disorder. This isn't something normal people just do, this is an illness.

I don't think the nose job made a difference one way or the other, but if she likes it then it's good I suppose.

So Heidi, no matter what anyone says, you will still feel the way you do about yourself. I am a huge fan of someone changing their appearance to feel better about themselves so they can better focus on and enjoy this short, one shot life we have here. My brother had his ears pinned back and it changed his life.

However, sweetie, you are GORGEOUS all natural. Since you are a natural beauty, the more makeup you put on the more fake it makes you look, which actually takes away from your beauty, and makes you less likely to appeal to the wider public. For just one example, Angelina Jolie and Cameron Diaz are also natural beauties and as such wear VERY little eye makeup, maybe some powder, and sometimes some lipstick. Look where their natural look got them.

We are all born with what we have for a reason. I can see how maybe you would want your nose done because the bridge was slightly wide, but that in and of itself made you look smoldering and exotic. Now you look like little boy fantasy girl next door, still pretty, but more gorgeous natural if for nothing else than to still have an appealing edge.

Nothing is more repulsive then over sized FAKE breasts on a woman. First off, Heidi .. well there is no word for how stupid she is. First the hills (how childish and irresponsible), then singing? ahhaha what because you're a star, you can be anything? and now this? GROW UP!! That is horrible. First of all to spend all that money on something so stupid to become a clone (how many times must people be reminded of starving children in Africa?). Second because she felt that bad about her looks (which I think were more gorgeous than most celebrities). I think this looks bad on her (but please Heidi, don't go get surgery again just cuz I said that) Her boobs looked way more natural and elegant before (now she looks trashy) and her nose looked perfect before and now it is like a beak!!! It's sad that she had (maybe even still has) such low self-esteem though!

Well the plastic surgeon did a GREAT job! If no one told me she'd had plastic surgery, I'd not have known (well, save maybe for the boobs). i'm most impressed with the difference her rhinoplasty made. She's beautiful now, and she's lucky enough to be able to afford it. I see nothing wrong with enhancing one's appearance if one can afford it, and one's body can take it, why not?She's one of the lucky ones who had a great plastic surgeon. I do hope she stops at this, and doesn't get addicted to plastic surgery, and getting deformed, as many do, later on.

first of all, i don't really disagree with plastic surgery(people should do whatever that please them), however
it seems dangerous for heidi to say that really helped her insecurity. especially when lots of teens and pre-teens are struggling with their insecurities and looking up to people on tv (unfortuantely,but true)

i have smaller boob than her and even 10 times uglier nose than her with birthmark around my eyes-over all, much uglier -
however i changed so much from "teased, hated kids" to " one of the most popular in college" by changing attitude and working very hard about what you do, and your character. it is true in my opinion, if you are ugly, you really need to work on inside, and you learn so much about character(not only yourself but also others). also you realize, after all what you physically looks like doesn't matter(of course you still have to work on what you wear and stuff), but what you do in your life, and how you live is so much more important. i'm surrounded great friends and a husband who loves me to death, and everyday i feel lucky.

i wish she doesn't advertise as if this surgery fixed her insecurities. we all have insecurities, and through working on them we find our true calling. if she find her real cause to contribute to the society(especially now she is on tv and sort of famous?), those slight imperfection might have not bothered her as much as she express. what if she is approached with ugly little kids for the help to feel better about themselves ? just tell them to get surgery ?
