she's not beautiful without make up

Her tits are fake and my God her tiny Michael Jackson fake nose is so obvious. What possessed her or anyone for that matter to get a nose job that makes them look like a leprechan? It is so un natural, you'd think the plastic surgeon would give people nose that look real not "The Michael Jackson #64" nose.

So she was flat chested before, and now she's got a bit more. Good that she didn't over do it like those disasterous people like Heidi Montag and all the others that have tits the size of their head. I always wonder though why flat chested Paris Hilton doesnt get a set of fakies and fix that beak nose. She is ugly and flat as a board but has all the money in the world. What the?

She looks fabulous either way but gotta say most women that are that tall & thin hardly ever get fortunate enough to get fabulous perfect breast to go along with that. They're usually flat chested like she is in her before photo. And that IS her in that first photo. She has gotten much prettier since her runway days due to maturity, age and childbirth but that IS her (correcting the person who said it wasn't actually her in the first photo). Victoria Secret bras are great but they can only do so much and she's much too rounded at the top. I have implants therefore I know how to spot them anywhere, anytime!

With her amazing face the beauty of her body doesn't matter anything for us, usuall mortals

the first foto is not Heidi Klum, look at the face, nose, it is a totaly different girl (sorry for my english, i'm German)

Oh get real people, she had them done and who cares, she looks fabulous with or without her fake boobs.

She may have or may not have, I can gain 7lbs and there's a noticeable difference in my breasts, I'm naturally super thin, so I can relate to the difference between the wasy she appears in the silver bikini as opposed to the one to the right of it. How big they actuallly LOOK hads everything to do with support, when you've got just enough to work with. I don't think she's done it myself. I just think she was too thin in the first pic to fill the top out the same as the latter pics.

That first pic is unusual, she looks ultra skinny, but she' reallyhas had big boobs forever. Look at some of her early VS clips before she was rich and famous--her boobs are huge! Ugly jealous people slagging her off!

Once, in the German TV, as she was a young girl - her nose was pretty big ..... And you are talking about her breasts??

Looks like a boob job for me. Yes i know a pregnancy increase your breast size, but they getting smaller again after you had born a child.
Bra´s helps a little bit, that´s right. But please take a look at the older pic, she nearly has no boobs at all. Which is usual as she is really thin. No bra in the whole world can make an a size cup to a b size cup. Come on, every girl knows that. If that would work like this, why should anyone even consider a boob job?

I don't think she's had plastic surgery. Before you put two pictures side by side to compare, you have to understand something about Victoria's Secret: the bras the models wear are super uplifting, they're very tight so they help to push cleavage. They are after all selling a product so what you see isn't always what you get.

Also, that first picture shows a bra that is clearly not her size, it is covering both breasts entirely. Compare the coverage areas between the two and it is clear that Victoria's bra shows more skin.

People are making the same accusation against Heidi Klum as they do with Adriana Lima. It's the bra!!

I don't know whats up with that first picture, but Heidi Klum really has had big boobs forever...They're actually shrinking now that she's had kids!

Ordinarily, I thought the super-round boob-tops were dead giveaways for falsies, BUT....last weekend I put on an incredibly tight-in-the-bust dress with a deep-V neckline. It shoved my breasts way up high and gave them that fake-round-top! I was shocked at how I looked: like a balloon-smuggler! So where I was once was dead-certain, I now have doubt. As cosmetic surgery gets better it'll get harder & harder to tell what's real & what is plastic.

The breast volume changes after pregnancy and it does look bigger than before, it never comes back to the way it used to be.

ok, i must say that it really looks like she had a surgery if you compare the two pictures, but i have also seen pictures when she got discovered(on a german tv show) and there you could see that she hat big breasts!

Oh come on people, if you could afford to have a boob touch up after a baby wouldn't you. Not everyone is blessed with large perky breasts thats why plastic surgery was created. I'll tell you all this, after I'm done having my children, Momma's gettin' an over-haul. Pregnancy does crazy things to your body, so yah I'm a supporter. Whatever makes you feel the best you can feel. Diet and excercise can do so much, but It can't give you new breasts!! Yah Heidi!!!

that is true,my breasts got smaller after breastfeeding,u use the fat to produce milk.and if u don't breastfeed your boobs get to their previous size within few days when the boobs "realize" they don't need to "milk"

There's a problem with this theory:
Her breasts do not behave or look like fake ones at all! Look at her photographs, they never have a 'firm' or 'solid' appearance in her poses, and don't strongly maintain any unnatural shape.

I think it's a matter of her getting older, gaining weight and having a few children by now

Normally you loose breast after breastfeeding. I am sure Heidi did a Mamaaugmentation It's to round for natural boobs.
