Gwen is my faveorite artist ever!She might have had some work done on her nose,but i defenatly think she did not have work done on her breasts!!!! Gwen is so beautiful and she done a lot of work in her life give her some credit!!!!!!!!! p.s i am her #1fan of all time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am living proof that a nose can get smaller. I had a nose job when I was young and I've never had another. However, if you see pics of me then and now you'd swear I had two nose jobs. I'm much thinner now and have been diagnosed with a wheat and oat allergy which also made my chin and lip swell. Now my facial features and chin are much smaller. As for Gwen , if she did have work done it's excellent. Plastic surgery is supposed to make you look like a better YOU. Not a completely different person.

Even after all the comments saying she hadn't had surgery, people continued to spread a load of lies saying she had loads done! Her nose is the same tbh! Her eyes-My arse! Someone listed so many ridiculous things! And she has never had wrinkles let alone now! only lightly! So people do talk some rubbish!

There is no way she didn't have a boob job! Come on folks, the video for "Underneath it All" clearly is all the proof you need. There is not a woman on earth that grows this much even after having kids.
Too bad she felt the need to conform to the "standard" definition of real beauty. It's sad.

She never had a breast augmentation done. That photo was taken after she had her first child, duh. She's flat chested again now.
Also, she hasn't had a nose job done. I've seen photos of her dating back to 1988 (actually, even some high school shots) and she hasn't had any work done. I do suspect maybe some fillers around her eyes and cheeks, but nothing permanent.

OK this topic got me interested, but clearly you don't know better than me...
Being a flat-chested girl myself (A to small B cup), I know all the wonders of wonderbras... The pill and of course pregnancy can also change your breast's size and shape. But I must admitt her breasts now look very firm, round and high... I's be disapointed. Look at the underneath it all video : she was gorgeous with almost flat chest... But I clearly don't blam her for patting her bra... or maybe after breast feeding her breast got ugly ?? For those who talk about nose or mouth job : cut the crap. She don't need it, AND she knows very well the wonders of a thing called make-up. BIG RED LIPSTICK and lip pencil anyone ??

Her nose looks not different to me. The first picture is pretty old and she wasn´t famous at this time. So i guess she doesn´t had some good makeup stylists with her. This could be the reason why her nose looks that eye-catching.
She always uses this eye-catching red lipstick. This and her dark brown eyes in contrast to her platinum blonde hair takes all attention away from her nose. The breasts, i really don´t know. If this picture was taken when she was pregnant or short after she had born her child, than it might be a natural increase. And botox? No. Take a look at some of her newer pictures, she has some lightly wrinkles at her eyes and her mouth. She wouldn´t have those if she had done botox.

nose is skinnier, boobs were before the pregnancy and perhaps her chin, lips and her left eye in old pics was slanted like kingston's, now it's not. Finally, people know she has done so much to herself, yes its all better, except her boobs look too big for her boyish frame, her lips when not smiling look like their going up her nose and she must do botox, cos she had lines on her forehead in really old pics. love how she claims she doesn't believe in cosmetic surgery, see she eve lies, more plastic.

Firstly, Gwen obviously has enough self esteem and respect for herself to not go under the knife so easily. Does not need it anyway. The woman is HOT HOT HOT and a talented artist. You have to also realize that these photos provided are years apart, having a baby changes your body, eg. breasts and make up and camera work can create numerous looks. Overall, I doubt very highly that she's had plastic surgery.

She wasn't -flat- before, just because someone doesn't have a c cup or bigger doesn't mean they are flat chested. I'll be so pissed if she got anything done. Who are the young girls suppose to look up to? They should know that they don't have to change to be accepted, or to feel good about themselves.

the boobs depend when the picture was taken. if it was when or just after she was pregnate than no boob job. from what i can remember though she's always had a smaller chest and in some videos she's even seemed to be proud of them. but you never know.also could be a bra with lots of padding
