Gwen Stefani Plastic Surgery

Singer Gwen Stefani is rumored to have had a breast augmentation and nose surgery. Of course we can't be sure but there is a difference in the shape of her nose comparing with pictures from before, now it looks more defined but the change is not huge.  About her breasts, they look bigger than before and better projected.

About plastic surgery Stefani said that she was not ready for it: "I enjoy a great surgery TV show as much as anyone -- I watched a lot of those shows while I was pregnant! But it's pretty bizarre that that's where we're at -- that you can place an order for how you're going to look. People take it pretty lightly, but it's a big deal. I've thought it over but I'm not at that stage yet".

Her nose is exactly the same - she did not change it. But I do think she got a boob job or better padded bras because she was flat before.

in the second picture i'm sure this was taken jus before she anouced her first pregnacy so i am guessing the increase in size of her breasts is due to this

Hmm... I see the boobs are done, which looks very natural on her and I understand why she chose to do it. The nose, I can't really see a big difference in, but if she's had it done it looks great too!
