The pictures of her from the People's Choice Awards 2010 totally look like she has breast implants. Her breasts are much too high-profile and even look a bit bread-loafy. Even if she's a growing girl, they would have some more natural shape and not be so high up. A strapless gown gives it all away!

demi lovato pisses me off because she got the gap in her teeth "fixed". there was nothing wrong with her teeth, just a natural gap. I have a gap in my teeth , and so does my mom.. and lots of other people have gaps in their teeth. ex.
