Young singer and actress Demi Lovato's career is going really great and now that she is about to release her second album we wonder if she is having some plastic surgery, some people think that she is heading to a rhinoplasty and breast implants.
But for the pictures that we have seen she looks very natural, her nose doesn't show a significant change to think that she got any surgery and her breast size is completely proportional to her body frame, the only changes that we see are the ones on her make up and style. As many others young celebrities, she could be getting something done later, but for now she look perfectly fine.
i love demi lovato. will never stop doesn't matter what she does to herself. that shouldn't change the love u have for someone.

i hope she didnt get implants coming from a small chested person i always admired her for her beauty and being a star without changing her body or face...so I hope she hasnt and never does. And anyone who bothered to post anything on here about her being ugly or needing to fix any part of her...go look in the mirror and worry about your own flaws. The pictures of her from the People's Choice Awards 2010 totally look like she has breast implants. Her breasts are much too high-profile and even look a bit bread-loafy. Even if she's a growing girl, they would have some more natural shape and not be so high up. A strapless gown gives it all away!

I have a gap in my teeth , and so does my mom.. and lots of other people have gaps in their teeth. ex.
