It looks like David has had a "mid-face lift". The reason he looks a bit odd now is that he is out of balance. His eyes need some work as well. A few units of BOTOX in the circular muscle that surround the eye would open them up and lift the tails of his brows. An experienced injector will know exactly what to do. It also appears that he had some injections of filler in the mid cheek area which gives him a "girlie" look. Hope those were temporary fillers. What he really needs is fillers in his tear troughs and in the temples. This will lift the cheeks to a more normal position.

Oh, what the heck, David, forget the fillers. Have the fat pads in your cheeks raised back up an inch or so. That will correct the nasal labial folds AND fill in the tear troughs!
