She was already pretty...there is a fine line between enhancing what you have and slowingn down aging...and most people in "Hollywood" don't seem to know the difference. I used to live/work there and there is a definitive "look" one gets when too much is done. Lastly, staying super skinny does not help these aging beauties either! No 40+ year old woman should be a size 0...unless of course they are 4 feet tall!

She looks like a Hollywood wife now--and she had a beautiful sensitive finely chiseled face before. Now it's very hard for her to do comedy... you can smell the fear of being old, and it makes her sad.

Its a shame she felt the need to have work done. She looked miles better before the face work, and now there is no way off the road shes on.

Clearly she has had some type of face lift or something. Most noticable in my opinion are her eyes and lips. They look quite stretched out. If you ask me she looks like she has the same surgeon as Brooke Shields mom. google image search it, you'll see it!

I have a hard time looking at her. There is nothing "natural" about her face - it's scary. It's as if the middle section of her face was replaces with one of those plastic parts they make doll faces with, and her lips, although not as bad as her cheeks, are WAAAY too plumped!

You were SO beautiful - with the natural sharp angles of your face, flawless teeth, incredible eyes, and beautiful hair and a hot bod (not to mention you are a FUNNY lady) aging would have only made you look better! Now you'll never know the feeling of being "handsome" or "Great" for your age . . . You of all stars had NOTHING to worry about - why jump on the "I'll never age" bandwagon? it's creepy and I wish more woman in show business would just stick to a good diet and a healthy work-out - clearly you were born with a huge head start in the looks department so why PS even crossed your mind (and at SUCH a young age) is beyond me. - No worries - your fans still love you - just NO more visits to "Dr. Fix-it" as he or she is NOT doing you any favors ;( PS: If those ARE cheek implants - can they be removed? She looked much better in the early days of Friends. You can tell at what point she had surgery done. I don't think it was very "subtle."

I'm not totally sure if Courteney Cox had implants.. but she just had her child while filming the longest yard... maybe that was why they looked too big.. because she doesn't really look that big now...

She's still beautiful there is no doubt about that, but I am really hoping she leaves well enough alone now and doesn't continue to go back for more. I think one more surgery would put her past the point of no return. Her lips are indeed too stretched, and cheeks a little too full. gives her a joker-ish kinda look. Hopefully it's the result of fillers, and will improve if she doesn't get any more top-ups!
Must be hard being in the public eye, and I can fully understand what would make someone get work done, but still, you've just gotta know when to say enough is enough.

Anyone thinking Cox's plastic surgeries are success should think again. She doesn't look natural or young but weird and pumped. I think it's very sad that the general opinion of beauty has changed so much and actresses willingly ruin their working tools - their faces and expressions...

Courtney Cox is a beautiful woman. Plastic surgery is a personal decision and there's alone to make. I see nothing wrong with someone opting for plastic surgery. What's right for one person isn't necessarily right for another.

She looks so hot it should be illegal. You can tell which comments are from men/female fans and which are from jealous women.lol. NO strait man would say that anything looks "weird or gross" about this women. I am NOT a fan of plastic surgery and I dont know if she has had it or not.. but I know that I would do anything to that woman that she wanted.

There is no way its an improvement. She looked great before, and looks slightly funny now. At least its not the worst botch I've seen. But, its a shame to goof with the great looks she had before. She was great looking even as she aged.

Oh for cyring out loud to those people who think she "looks great", her lips are so stretched; she looks like an alien! I'm sorry, but that's my opinion. I saw her in a programme last night and she looked horrible, she could barely speak and she looked constantly surprised, like she had no expression, from the botox. Nobody should have to have plastic surgery, none of it ends up looking "natural", it just looks dreadul. Just learn to appreciate what you were born with, I doubt cave people gave two hoots whether their nose was too big or they had wrinkles or bags under their eyes they just lived their lives AS THEY APPEARED. Hoenstly, this world is going insane. Who cares what people may "make of you"? Just be yourself and your life will be 10X more fulfilling. Additionally, only have plastic surgery if you're over 60. There. Life's lesson's right there. Deal with it!

I definitely do think she has had plastic surgery. There is no question at all. She's always been really pretty, but at 45, let's face it, it's apparent she had her lips done, botox, some injections, no question. she's pretty much had it all. All actresses have and do that are working because it is such a competetive business. I don't blame them. I know women doing it now that are in their 20's (botox) and find it ridiculous. I hate the fact that it freezes your face and makes you pretty much look like everyone else though. Everyone looks the same in Hollywood. It's really getting screwed up. Even Jennifer Aniston has had stuff done and no matter what anyone says, it's a fact. They all do it once they reach a certain age. Madonna looks 20 years younger because she's had a full face lift. Everything has been done. No question. She looks fantastic. They all do and I don't blame them. I hope it makes them happy though. Hers is by far the best done. She's about 52 and looks fabulous. As far as Heidi Montague, nope, she looks older. This plastic surgery makes her look 10 years older than she should look. She has changed EVERYTHING about her. I know I'm going to have slight things done, but I don't it ever going that far. I just want a few refreshers. Nothing that will change how I look 100 %. That's it.

i always liked Courteney and Jen Aniston from Friends,and i watch all their shows or movies eversince.I still love her ,she's great actress ,and she LOOKS GREAT for her age,with surgeries or without any...she is beautiful woman.She is a bit older now,so she wants to make herself feel better...i don't see anything wrong here.yes she looks a bit different,but not too much.i wouldnt say she is fake ,like lots of other Hollywood stars.she just had some work done on herself and thats it.

I think it is perfectly fine that she has had work done on her face and possibly her body...fillers, ah yes, botox, ah yes, face lifts, yes. But, I won't watch her show "Cougar Town" because of it. The first scene she is evaluating her body as a 40-year-old making it seem as though she hasn't had work done, when anyone should be able to see that she has had so much work done. At least that is how I see it. I don't think she is beautiful now...too much work done, I am just not into that new "look".

Don't know enough about plastic surgery to say what that was, but it sure looked wrong. Her lips looked "done", and she had not one wrinkle on her forehead. Her smile looked pained and unnatural. Too bad, she is going to be one of those weird looking old hollywood types. Yuck.

She definitely had something done between seasons 5-6 of Friends. She looked so tired, her eyes were so squinty and she was so skinny the season Phoebe was pregnant. Then in the following season, she suddenly looked "well rested", her eyes had a definite lid and she didn't look as emaciated.

Looking at the previews for her guest appearance on Scrubs, it is obvious she has had a lot of plastic surgery. In my opinion, she looks pretty bad. She was gorgeous enough back in the Family Ties days--no need to go under the knife. It's sad.

I think she looks very good. Any work done was subtle. I think she needed a little something in her upper lip anyway, which was very thin. Her eyes are amazing. She is beautiful.

The chances that she DIDN'T have plastic surgery are pretty low. What are the chances that as someone ages they get prettier? Not very likely; she looks a lot older in the before photo. Regardless, she doesn't look over-done like the majority of the celebrities who get plastic surgery, and looks great! Everyone wants to look like Barbie, and I think that a lot of celebs get surgery because they can afford it. I hope that Courtney Cox keeps up with her natural look, otherwise she WILL end up looking like Barbie; perfect and plastic.

I think she looks great...I don't think she has loads of work done because she is naturally pretty. Her lips look great! i think she has only had some collagen in her top lip and it looks really good! As for her breasts...could be due to the fact of having a baby, but if she got surgery on them they look great! Very natural! I love Courteney...she has kept herself looking natural unlike a lot of celebs of today!
