Pathetic. She also had a facelift several years ago. She is just beginning to look like herself. If you're going to coment on your looks, be totally honest.

Refreshing to see such a gorgeous woman be honest; as she's said in the past, she doesn't wake up looking this way. Celebs and models wouldn't need makeup artists (or derms) if the all jumped out of bed looking spectacular and pimple and wrinkle free.

There's nothing wrong with making some improvements over time, especially in her industry. I think the issue is when someone becomes so immersed in perfecting themselves to some rigid ideal that they stop appreciating what makes them unique and can't accept change and natural aging. Slicing and dicing your skin as a hobby won't make body dysmorphia go away.
