Fortunately for Chelsea, her parents have millions and millions to spend on her and on themselves. While I do not care for HIlly and Billy's politics, both Chelsea and HIllary do look a bit better these days. I am convinced they used their "plastic surgery budget" well.

First of all, Chelsea got her braces off. This allows her to smile more naturally and took away some unnatural bulk in her lip area. Second, Chelsea seems to have had part of the fat pads in her checks removed which gives her a more sculpted look. Finally, she has had a very suptle nose job which lifted the tip slightly. As she gets older, she will have to watch out for herniated fat pads under her eyes. Hillary had these 30 years ago so Chelsea is at risk to develop them.

Physical beauty is about proportion and balance. Chelsea will never be a "beauty" by classical standards but she can stay reasonably attractive and fresh looking by having a little injection, nip and tuck every year or so. Then she will never need or want anything drastic. Doing too much at once (especially surgery) is always a risk and, as we have all seen "Plastic Suyrgery gone wrong", can lead to very odd looking results.

I just think she is fine not a bad looking girl.
