I think she may have had a nose job but then again features change with age. I so think she had a breast augmentaion though. Boobs don't change that much. She's still beautiful though. Who cares!!!!!!!

I don't really notice anything with her nose...her lips do look different, but that could be due to makeup like they said. Her boobs definetly look bigger, but that could be due to weight gain....I think shes heavier now than she has been for awhile, and there are workouts that a person can do which would only target certain parts of her body so that she could still look great but have a large bust because overall she is not losing that much body fat......like I use to run eveyday and I went down two cup sizes, then I found ways to stay in good shape and tone other parts of my body without changing my bust size too much, ya know what I mean? She probably does something like that, I mean she is a celebrity so Lord knows she has the money to hire the best damn personal trainer ever!!!

Hm.. I see a difference in her nose, but nothing else! And even that, I think is just the makeup, using darker shades on the sides of the nose. I don't think B's had any surgery... The breasts - NO! It's all push-up! I've seen private pics of her and Jay on the beach, and it looks very natural... Nothing like when she's on the red carpet.
I think B is one of the most beautiful and talented women in the world, and she's just not the type to get plastic surgery - she's such a shy and sweet girl in person, and I just can't see how one would change something that's already perfect...?
