 Nicole Richie is rumored to have an eating disorder, and that she has been trying to gain some weight, after the dramatic loose that brought her to her actual image.
She gained some weight (it could be maybe 5 pounds) and her breasts also look larger, but this increase is more than what should be expected with such a little weight gain, that's why we think it is probably the result of breast augmentation.
 If she actually has breast implants, we think that she opted for a good size for her body and gaining some pounds more is good for her. Being pregnant was actually a great improvement to her body, she looks more healthy than ever and it would be almost imposible to say if she has implants or not because breast increase it size during pregnancy and during breastfeeding, if she doesn't go for it then her breast would go back to its original size after couple of days after delivery.
The star from the TV show "The Simple Life" confided to british magazine TV Hits that she would like to change the shape of her nose with plastic surgery.
