Britney Spears

There are many rumors following Britney Spears, from nose surgery, passing to breast augmentation, liposuction, mesotherapy and all kind of plastic surgery procedures to help her with what surgeons call body contouring. In this first group of pictures you can appreciate the difference of her breast size through the years untill her appearance in the MTV Video Music Awards 2008.

Her nose also changed, we think that it was a subtle and positive change for her, her nose has more definition especially on the tip.

After having 2 babies and some not that possiyive years, she is facing the challenge to go back to the top and plastic surgery is ready to help her to get back her body image, we really hope that she can make it.

Britney started her career very young, although in these pictures you can see that she was not that little (to say that she was still "on development") so you can compare the breast size difference with more recent pictures.

Britney appears to have had some lip augmentation procedure

In this picture, her lips look a bit swollen with some signs of lip augmentation as the obliteration of the cupid´s bow of the upper lips, lips look a bit unnatural and out of proportion.

Did she had a tummy tuck?

In some magazines there were some declarations about Britney´s tummy, by her ex husband Jason Alexander, he said: "She had a tummy tuck after the birth of her second child. She's working on all of that. She's worth hundreds of millions - of course she looks good... She has the money to have surgery and nutritionists and get her body back. And now she's focused, she is doing it. She's motivated - she just got rid of a man."

After watching these pictures... We don´t think so. Let´s say first that she looks great for being the mother of 2 children, the only problem is that she is also a celebrity and that expose her to the comments from people of the entire world.

Some good training, combined with a healthy diet and a tummy tuck to tighten her abdominal muscles could be great to help her to look better. About the scar on her lower abdomen, it looks more like a C-section (cesarean operation) than a tummy tuck scar.

Now, this is the kind of "coming back" that we were talking about, here in Stars Plastic Surgery, our experts agree that Britney didn't get any mayor plastic surgery procedure to get her new image, but that she work out enough and also a healthy diet and habits may help her a lot.

Although she doesn't have the body that she use to have on her golden years, she looks very good and most important: happy. Some of the procedures that she could consider are some kind of reshaping procedure as lipo dissolve or mesotherapy and maybe a tummy tuck, because it could be that she got a mommy belly after her pregnancies, that could be giving her hard work to make dissapear.

I think britney is a wonderful celebrity. look at everything she has been threw and all the shhhhh she has to put up with. if she has had plastic surgery it looks great...and you cant even tell. and as for the ppl with mean comments about her boobs changing size...yea when you're pregnant and have kids...they do get huge. and after they get back to normal. i mean duh. and some pics are from when she was young,so of course they were smaller. and if she has had work done to her body...why is it any of your dammm business. she looks great and she is a very talented woman. i think ppl should stop hatin on her! smilies/angry.gif

I think that Briney had a difficult childhood and therefore has reflected on her lifestyle. I think her family drove a little girl to their ambition of what they wished their daughter would be. However its interesting the sympathy as people tend to forget that Kevin Federline was a married man with children when they embarked on an affair together. I think she has a lot of plastic surgery in an attempt to boost her self esteem. Britney has problems however lets place this into context: is she living in a country fuelled with violence or trying to survive cancer? No therefore is it not time that society look at themselves for a change and not keep analysing about their past?

Look ok? are you kidding? she looks unmanageable, and I can smell her body odor by looking her picture. She can't sing or even do anything. Hollywood is just selling sex, like selling rotten meat in the market. We need quality, a normal nice human girl and plus some good looks. Not this, her music is a catch, but because it's britney singing, i immediately hate that song, and her voice. i can sing better than her. Bad entertainer and stupid. I'm not going to open my hearing and going for concerts for rotten people like her. B is for Booo, and B is for Britney.. yekks!

Hey!! Her nose is natural...
When I was a teenager my nose looks more biger, and in my face the facctions are small, but when I was 12-14 my nose looks too bigger I look at the mirro and I said, I don't like my nose, It0s horrible, but when I'm 20 years old, my nose looks small, and my face factions are in proportion!!
It happens in all person!!

yeah she had a nose job. very obvious. yeah she had a boob job. cause they look stiff and not floppy. but she was always good looking, so no big deal. but shes one person where her surgery was done very NATURAL looking. she looks like she never had anything done-unless you compare her pics when she was younger.

the only thing with britney and her boobs was that they went from nowhere to be found to really huge to a normal size and they often seemed to change size. so i really don't know what to say. ui think she did eventually but i also think some other factors can fill in like possibly birth control. two of my friends have had their breast size go up 2 letters in their late teens/early 20s because of the pill and just filling out naturally. so becaquse of the change it could be that and padding, or she just changed her mind alot and removed and had them done again...i wish we could know for sure with these celebrities lol

nose surgery..she didn't have..give her a break..every body's nose and looks change from being teenage to a woman..comon she was teenage in pics you cant compare them to photos like 5 years after ! people could change by years...and she just gain weight and lose it again..dont make a big thing !
