 Bristol Palin Plastic Surgery
Some people prefer to call plastic surgery "cosmetic" or "reconstructive", depending on the purpose of the procedure, but there is also the "corrective" surgery, which is what Bristol Palin said is the cause to her makeover.
Everybody saw the huge difference on her face recently, making her look completely different. “It’s not plastic surgery… I had corrective jaw surgery” she explained to Us Magazine...
 “It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons…so my jaw and teeth could properly realign…I don’t obsess over my face... I am absolutely thrilled with the results... I look older, more mature, and don’t have as much of a chubby little baby face!” she commented on the interview.
 And we must agree with Bristol, the change is undeniable and an improvement to her look. She probably thought that now that she will have her own reality tv show she must look better, who knows, maybe it was always on her mind and now it was a good timing for her. Anyhow, she looks great.
  She is not talking about other procedures and she was not very specific about her "jaw surgery", but she could also have a chin implant and maybe got some liposuction under her chin to help define her jaw line.
