Gossip Girl star Blake Lively denied rumors about her possible plastic surgery: “I don’t know,” the actress told OK! “It’s the way you address any rumor. People want to talk. They want to create negative things about you and your life, make up things. You can’t look at it. You can’t let them affect you.”
We see a subtle difference comparing previous pictures of Blake and more recent ones, her nose looks specially thinner and defined at the tip.
We think that the change is positive to her image, taking the attention from her nose to the rest of her face, it is proportional and if it is in fact product of a rhinoplasty (nose job), we think that the surgeon did a great job.
For the moment it appears that she doesn't have any other plastic surgery procedures such as breast implants, not that she needs anything else done!
Thats really amusing that she flat out lied about it. Just watch any movie before and included accepted in 2006 the nose job is pretty apparent as her nose was very apparent before as for the boob job and the chin job its not clear.

She's just fake, if she wasn't born with the nose she has now, and the boobs she has now, you can not really call it beauty, but you can call it redone fake.

blake lively is really beautiful and her nose reduction does improve her appearance. Looking at these pictures really shows that most of these stars were not born beautiful. Event though blake lively was.

nose and boobs. watch old footage of her and it will become obvious. she looks great. but i always think its a shame people are afraid to look like who they are.
