 Beyonce is rumored to have had nose surgery, lips reduction and breast augmentation
Singer Beyonce Knowles, former member of the group Destiny's Child, looks a bit different if we compare older pictures with more recent ones. Her nose before used to look bigger and thicker, now the bridge as the tip look more defined, we think that this change looks great on her because she looks completely natural and not with an excess of plastic surgery. Also her lips look thinner than before, but we can't forget that both (nose and lips) can be changed to make them look better with the help of a great make up.
   
Did Beyonce have breast augmentation?
 We think that she did, her breast size looks bigger in more recent pictures and in this last one you can notice something that looks very much like a scar in her armpit. Breast implants can be placed through the armpit, underneath the breast, and around the areola.
 In people with darker skin, the implants are often placed through the armpit, because this area is usually resistant to keloid formation, although some some people can develop a band of scar tissue between the armpit scar and the breast implant pocket; it can even create a pulling sensation, and resemble a band such as may be seen here.

the breast implants i don't think so..her breasts are small nowadays..they're rounded and beautiful but small.
