Ashley Tisdale Rhinoplasty

Star from Disney's production "High School Musical" Ashley Tisdale got a nose job (rhinoplasty).  She admitted only a septoplasty (to correct a deviated septum) as other stars as Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Aniston said when they got plastic surgery.  Her surgery was followed by online comments saying that she may get HIV infected with the procedure, situation that was denied by Tisdale's rep.

Ashley had the procedure in Nov 2007 to correct a deviated septum, but she also smooth out the bump on her bridge (fractured as a teenager), making the procedure also cosmetic by some people posting their opinion online, to which she said: "[Tabloids] have doctors talk about what they think I did with my surgery, but they did not examine me... They don't know what I have inside my nose... It's very irresponsible for a medical professional to comment on someone whom they have not examined," notes Tisdale's rep, Scott

She commented to People Magazine: "Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing...The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose..."I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose...I want my fans to know the truth. I'm not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me."

She also commented about the rumors of her having more jobs done: "People are saying I had another nose job and I did not. That's ridiculous... "I was away in New Zealand filming a movie (They Came From Upstairs) and so people think I went away to have more work done. But I didn't."  And about breast augmentation: "Look at me... Does it look like it to you? No! It's ridiculous. I'm not for plastic surgery. I'm not going to get another surgery. I can promise you that."

She was very pretty before the plastic surgery but she looks good and now too.After all she ALWAYS look pretty!!!!She is the most AMAZING person in the world!!!!!!! I agreed with the girl ASHLEY IS THE BEST.I think she is really pretty,why everybody are bad with her?You are all IDIOTS!!!

Dear CM, I am sorry that is somebody that you doesn't know the one telling you but... you actually had a rhinoplasty! You can tell all the reasons of the world, and nobody should judge you for that, it could be health it could be cosmetic, whatever, that surgical procedure is the so called rhinoplasty, just face it and move on

I can speak from personal experience about having a septoplasty. My septum was so deviated that it was almost collapsing, and I basically had my nose reconstructed about 3 years ago as a result of my extreme clumsiness. I didn't have a rhinoplasty. I simply had my nose fixed for reasons pertaining to my health. Her nose does not look drastically different. In all honesty, I've always had kind of a big nose. Kind of flat, wide at the base..not really a bridge..and my results were similar to hers afterwards. My nose is still big, but more narrow at the base and my septum is no longer collapsing.

I think she looks AMAZING and i love her i am a BIG fan and i like her nose and no one should judge her for i becuase she is beutiful no matter what and if she wants plastic surgury let her i mean i have no idea why people care so much if clebs get plastic surgury or not and i love ashley so please dont put her down like that becuase i no that if every one had the money i now you all would change at least one thing about your self and it just so happens ashley choose her nose and ithink it looks amazing!!!! and i love her!!!!!

I think it is ok to to plastic surgery if you really want to go true all that pain! I think her nose looks better now and she has to show her nose all the time. It does not matter what my nose looks like because I am not in showbusiness

she had more than a deviated septum. i should know because i had a deviated septum removed. it SLIGHTLY makes your nose smaller but her nose is SO MUCH DIFFERENT that she had a nose job, not just a deviated septum. She's such a liar.
