Some people say that actress Anne Hathaway got plastic surgery to achieve her image: a rhinoplasty, lips augmentation and even breast implants.
She have said that she used to want plastic surgery: “I wanted a nose job, but now, my nose is what lets me change my face a lot - and I can be glamorous as Agent 99 [in Get Smart], then look rough as a drug addict for (director) Jonathan Demme [in upcoming Rachel Getting Married]... Your face needs to have character if you’re an actor - otherwise you’re just a face...”
We don't think that she got anything done, her body and face don't have any important change like to be product of plastic surgery. Her lips are full, sometimes they look fuller but it can be result of the make up that she is wearing in those occasions.
About her breast, we don't think that she got implants either because we don't see any of the classical signs for breast augmentation. She is still so young though, so who knows if she get something done in the future.
and i think its funny how people dont know what real beauty is! she is beautiful yeah she might of had a nose job but who cares!!! stfu haters

You all need to shut the f up. You need only look to a mirroe to realize that no one is perfect. Honestly. Either everyone loves to roll Anne Hathaway or have some seriou self-esteem issues. Dont you know anything about rare, unique bauty. Not everyone has to look like boring everyday jesscia alba to look beautiful. Youve all been brainwashed by the media to believe that a perfectly protportioned face is beautiful when its just simple preference. That's it. this woman is only cute and maybe a cute pretty. but she's not gorgeous or sexy. there's a difference. her eyes are too big and it kinda droops towards the end. she has this large eye dooey clownish look about her. n when she smiles her smile stretches from ear to ear literally! sorry, when she smiles, she looks like a donkey.

she absolutely had her nose done..take it from me ( i have had it too) and you can really see where the lower half and tip were thinned from her original nose...i think she is cute, but should take care of the bags under the eyes ( these are sometimes hereditary) and change her make-up

OMG! Anne Hathaway looks like a clown! She has had way too much plastic surgery left her with a gigantic schnoze, deformed Down's syndrome eye and those mega longass teeth! WTF does she need all that clown makeup for? She's almost as hideous as chinnifer manniston. Both very tranny and many looking! I think it's hilarious how actors/actresses make statements against plastic surgery, yet they are just another celebrity to add to the list of 'amending' themselves. It's total hypocrisy, yet, so sad. She's so defensive about not having plastic surgery.... That says a lot!

I think she's very beautiful naturally and she seems like a very down to earth person....I just could not see her getting plastic surgery. Her nose looks pretty much the same as in the Princess Diaries. How can some of youse in the comments hate her big eyes and lips? Her eyes are great and her lips are fantastic. There are no perfect human faces, excluding those that have gone under the knife, and just because you have an unusual face does not make you ugly. It often makes you beautiful in your own way.

Very pretty girl. But I've noticed forehead lines and laxity in her face when she's not smiling. She's not even in her 30's yet. If you saw her in GET SMART with Steve Carell you will know what I mean. For her age, I think she's prematurely aging due to her smoking like a chiminey. That's right, she's a smoker. Next film we see her in she'll have lip lines if she's not careful. She's one of those gorgeous women who won't look that good in her 40's if she doesn't stop smoking. Also, I think she will need some botox here and there for maintenance.
