Angelina has had a nose job (more than one I'm pretty sure), and breast implants. She also had her bottom lip made smaller and currently has cheek implants. She also uses botox and fillers. As you age (especially if you lose weight like she has), your cheeks and eye area hollow out. Her cheeks are too perky and plump to be natural.
She is stunning, no judgments from me, after all looking good is her job. Her plastic surgery looks great.
